Pleasing small oil on board landscape of the shore on Owasco or Skaneateles Lake painted by M.H. Luce an Auburn, NY artist. Probably painted in the 1940’s in what appears to be a more recent frame. Sight 6 1/2″ tall x 9 3/4″ wide, frame is 10 3/4″ x 12 3/4″.
